In short, the Telegraph believes Benedict's reform began with Summorum Pontificum, and doesn't show any indication of slowing down. Targets include unification with the Orthodox and a simplified pathway for scandalized Anglicans to migrate to Rome enmasse. The liberal British cardinals are not happy.
